Be sure to mark your calendar for Saturday, November 9th, because the 31st Annual Arts & Crafts Fair is just a little more than two months away! Preparations are well under way — crafters are reserving their spaces and if you know someone who might want a table, please let us know.
There will be a concession stand and a bake sale, so be sure to think up something yummy to help with that. Tickets for the Raffle Quilt will go on sale in September and we really need your support since the Quilt is the only raffle item this year. You can buy tickets, you can sell tickets, or you can do both.
If you want to take some tickets to sell, we will have them and a photo available for you to take with you before or after worship. We are also looking for your Silent Auction items. If you have something wonderful to donate or know a business that does, please let us know (please no garage sale type items). If you are ready for us to have your Silent Auction items, you may bring them to church any Sunday.
The Arts & Crafts Fair is a big event for the church each year, so please help in any way that you can. As the date gets closer, you will hear from us often! If you have any questions, please let us know.
